How we handle your data

Who is responsible

STREHA, PAPLER TINE S.P., Breg ob Savi 67, 4211 Mavčiče, Slovenia

What data we receive and why

Enquiries. The form on the Enquiry page sends nothing anywhere. When you press the button, your own email program opens a message with your name, phone number, email address (if you enter it), the place of the job, the type of work, your description and when we can call you. This website does not store any of it. When you send the message we receive it by email and use it only to reply, agree on the details and prepare a quote. The same applies if you call or write to us directly.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. For security and delivery, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address in short-lived logs. Cloudflare transfers data to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

What we don't use

We use no cookies, analytics, ads or tracking code. Fonts load from our own site. Links to Google Maps only open when you click them; from then on Google's own policy applies.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries as long as we need them to reply, quote and carry out the work. Invoicing data is kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to us at tine.papler123@gmail.com. If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
